What. A. Saturday. 🥹🤍

Thank you SO much for keeping us ridiculously busy today - and an even bigger thank you for your patience with us.

Hels’ family were up from Wales, so she did the unthinkable and tried to take a Saturday off, leaving her fiancé with the girlies… safe to say the latte art may have been slightly questionable (but we love you Nick) 😂☕️

And of course, it turned out to be one of those CRAZY busy Saturdays. We ran out of pretty much everything and, amongst the chaos, we know a couple of orders were missed and a few wrong drinks made their way to tables. We’re really sorry if yours was one of them 🤍

The team worked their socks off and we honestly appreciate how lovely and patient everyone was while they tried to keep up.

We’ll never take for granted how busy you keep Honey & Thyme. Thank you for continuing to show up, support us and keep us on our toes 😂🤍

Finally, some good news!! 😭😭❤️❤️

Our coffee machine is officially back up & running and we’ll be back bright and early tomorrow morning serving all your coffees again 🥹

Thank you SO much for bearing with us while we’ve been closed - we hated having to shut today, so we’re veryyyy happy to be back 💘

And a special thank you to everyone who’s been in touch over the last couple of days - whether it’s been to check in on us (and our sanity 😂), recommend engineers/electricians, offer advice or just try to help us get back up and running. We’ve honestly appreciated it SO much. You lot are the best 🥹🤎

We’re super sad to say we’ll be CLOSED tomorrow (14.09) 😭

We honestly feel so guilty closing, and we’ve spent most of today trying to figure out a way around it… but with our coffee machine completely out of action, we’ve decided we really don’t have another option 😭

We managed to muddle through today (thank you to everyone who came in and kept us busy with matchas 😂), but it just isn’t realistic for us to do another full day without coffee.

We’re SO sorry if you were planning on visiting us tomorrow. We hate letting you guys down and closing is always the absolute last thing we want to do.

Fingers crossed our stupid coffee machine gets its act together ASAP 🤞🏼

BUT we are OPEN and everything else is running as normal!! Food, bakes, açaí, matcha, cold drinks, coolers etc etc 💅🏼
