๐Ÿ“… Lovely FiKA friends some DATES FOR YOUR CALENDAR.

We just want to give you all a heads-up for a couple of dates in October when we wonโ€™t be in our usual spot. We really do try our best to never miss our usual days with you, as 1) we donโ€™t like letting you down and 2) we miss you! But just occasionally we need to commit to an external event as they are important in helping us grow our small business. Thank you, as ever for your support and understanding. ๐Ÿ™

FRIDAY 2nd OCTOBER: We are away in Leatherhead for an event.

SUNDAY 11th OCTOBER We will be taking the FIKA Horsebox to the . This is such a lovely event in our community and weโ€™re delighted to be attending. The good news is, we wonโ€™t be far away. You donโ€™t have to go without your FIKA that day, why not divert your morning walk, come and grab a coffee and support any runners along the way. Weโ€™ll be parked up by Limpsfield Golf Club during the morning where the runners start and finish.

โค๏ธ FIKA fundraiser โค๏ธ

Today we held a fundraiser at the Horsebox promising to donate ยฃ1 from every cup bought directly to Alzheimerโ€™s Society.

This is a charity incredibly close to our hearts and it seems like this cruel disease touches almost everyone either directly or indirectly

We were nice and busy, so a huge thank you to everyone who came up to buy a drink from us and support such a worthy cause. We sold 122 cups, meaning ยฃ122 was raised through your orders but we have decided to top it up to make a FIKA donation of ยฃ200.

Weโ€™ve also received some donations via our JustGiving page so a big thank you for those too.

If you missed us today but would still like to support, our JustGiving page is still open for donations. Every little helps. Link in bio or QR code on the next slide or simply search FIKA on the JustGiving website and we should come up with a picture of the Horsebox.

Our little FIKA community is the best, thank you all so much ๐Ÿ™โ˜•๏ธ๐ŸคŽ

September is World Alzheimerโ€™s month and to show our support, FIKA will be raising money on Sunday 27th September in aid of the Alzheimerโ€™s Society.

This is a charity incredibly close to our hearts, and we would love to invite you all to join us on the Chart between 9am and 1pm. We will be serving our delicious coffee and treats as usual but ยฃ1 from every cup sold on the day will go directly to the Alzheimerโ€™s Society. We will also have a donation box ready for anyone who wishes to contribute anything extra.

It seems like this cruel disease touches almost everyone either directly or indirectly, and we would love to do our bit.

Letโ€™s come together as a community and raise as much as possible for such an important cause.

We canโ€™t wait to see you there ๐ŸคŽโ˜•๏ธ

Link to our JustGiving page, should you not be able to make it but still want to donate.
