Started sampling beer 🍺. Followed by some treats 🍪
Then finished with Karaoke at Offshore🎤.
With a lots of pizza sold in-between 🍕.

THANKYOU NOAH 🫶🏼…

Noah joined as a timid teenager and over 2 years later he’s grown into a confident young man. The knowledge of our menu combined with his social skills created top class customer service🤌🏼. His commitment to eccentric is why we’ve been able to do private events & pop-ups 🚐. There week in, week out. A real grafter. Our tomato sauce & Tomato Bianco were both developed by Noah 🫶🏼.

Noah is studying Social Work @ Queens University in Belfast for the next 3 years 📝.Although he’s “leaving” you will still see Noah from time to time 🍕.

It’s been a pleasure seeing you develop & find your path. Always on time & with a smile, what more can you ask for ? Your quick-witted comments have had me in stitches, and will be missed… Scott leaves, but his legacy lives on in our menu; salt on the Dessert Doughballs, how we prepare our famous wedges & many specials.

He flys to Liverpool next week to study at LIPA for 3 years (Liverpool Institution of Performing Arts) ✈️ . Stay safe & I hope to see you through the hatch sometime again 🍕. Or maybe over in Liverpool 👀.

First win after being promoted from Q2 into Q1 👏🏼

Two summers ago it was just me & a very tiny trailer. Beg, borrow but don’t steal. My dad gave me the trailer. Borrowed money for a Gozney Arc. Begged all my friends to give me a hand painting the trailer.

All you can do is try to improvement each day. Grow sustainably & sensibly. Everyday I’m still learning.

We have an exciting project in the pipeline ! I can’t wait to share it with you all 🍕

Eccentric locks down Barcelona… We tried some amazing Tapas. Countless belly laughs. Had 1 too many beers.

Our trip ended with a wee bump. Delayed flight, followed by a 5AM bus from Dublin.
