Hi all, due to the swindon half marathon on this Sunday, and the local road closures and potential for disruption, we have decided we will not be doing Sunday roasts or food service this week. We will however be open for drinks, from 12 till 4pm. Access from the common head roundabout to the village should be ok. Light bites and snacks may be available upon request. We wish all the runners good luck and we hope the event is a success.

Just to remind you if you did not know, we have a free to use pool table and dart board for a bit of free family entertainment, stop in for a light bite and some drinks whilst the weather has now cooled off. Full menu available all day Saturday, why not also book a table for Sunday lunch.

Thanks to the wonderful ladies of the village, who every week bring flowers to the pub and make the amazing displays and table flower arrangements for us. You are all truly amazing. Come and see the flowers whilst you enjoy a light lunch or dinner.
