The JustGiving page for Chris has now exceeded all expectations and has completely overwhelmed his family with the kindness, generosity and support shown by our incredible community. (Still active)

A GoFundMe page has now been set up by Elaine Hutchings to help support Matt's family. We are sharing this for anyone who knew Matt, or for those who simply wish to help and support his loved ones during this heartbreaking time.

Once again, our amazing community has come together to honour and remember two much-loved individuals whose lives were taken far too soon.

At such young ages, neither family could ever have expected to face such devastating loss, nor the financial burden that comes with arranging the send-off their loved ones truly deserve.

Every donation, no matter how small, will make a difference and will be greatly appreciated by the family. However nothing is expected and the love & support being shown is huge alone!

Thank you for continuing to show why our community is so special. The love, compassion and support being shown right now is truly remarkable.

To say it’s not been the best week would be an understatement. Two of Lichfield’s landlords taken away from us way before their time. One taken because the body makes the decision to stop working, the other taken through someone else’s cruel and violent actions. I’m sure you will all join us in taking time to remember these two gentlemen and to the families, friends and staff we are here for you. Just ask and we’ll be there.
