Food Fest in Lichfield today was a lovely sight to see ! So much gorgeous I was spoilt for choice .
I did of course pop into Mangia Mangia for my usual , and then to St Marys Hub to see my friend Ruth Redgate and the food Demo with Mary Schrader. Lovely to bump into my friend Lou Dawson as well who I haven’t seen for a while !

Another busy weekend event for a ladies 40th Birthday at home for 60 guests in Whittington . Based on a Mediterranean style I put this together .
Continental meats, taboullah salad, mozzarella salad, pasta salad, cheese board , hot mini potatoes, olives, sun dried tomatoes, rustic breads with olive oil and balsamic , side of salmon, freshly cooked chicken breast. It was a hit !!! 😉
