💙 A Special Thank You 💙

As many of you know, when Blue Bridge Kitchen first opened its doors, it truly was a family effort.

My daughter stepped in from day one and, alongside her own busy life, spent countless hours baking beautiful homemade cakes for the café each week. Her cakes have become a much-loved part of Blue Bridge Kitchen, and so many of you have enjoyed them since we opened.

As she is now nearing the end of her pregnancy and preparing to welcome her little boy in July, this week will be the last batch of cakes she bakes for us before she takes a well-deserved rest.

I wanted to take a moment to publicly thank her for all of her hard work, support, dedication, and encouragement throughout this journey. Blue Bridge Kitchen wouldn’t be what it is today without the love and effort she poured into helping me get started.

I’m incredibly proud of everything she has achieved and so grateful for every early morning, late night, and cake baked with love along the way.

Please join me in wishing her all the very best as she starts this exciting new chapter and prepares to welcome her baby boy 💙👶
