Oli has just completed his first week in the kitchen, and we’re delighted to have him as part of the team. He’s already been getting stuck in and learning the ropes, and we’re excited to see him develop his skills and grow with us.

🍽️ What's your favourite Heifer dish?
The Giant Fish & Chips... with a battered sausage and LOTS (& LOTS!!) of tartar sauce! 😋

What's your favourite room and why?
The Heifer Hideaway. It's an epic spot for relaxing, especially at Christmas with a glass of Graeme's famous mulled wine 🍷🎄

🎵 Favourite song?
In the Air Tonight by Phil Collins 🎶

🌿 Favourite local place to visit and why? Redmire River. I absolutely love it there – the nature, the wildness, and the peace. It's the perfect spot for a summer BBQ and a bit of fishing 🎣☀️
