🌱 It’s Wild Garlic Season!
There is nothing quite like the arrival of wild garlic to signal that spring is officially here. The woods are carpeted in green, the air smells incredible, and our kitchen is currently a hub of foraging fun.
We’ve whipped up a vibrant Wild Garlic, Basil, and Hazelnut Pesto. The roasted hazelnuts add a beautiful earthiness that perfectly balances the punchy, fresh wild garlic.
It’s the ultimate partner for these stunning, tender stalks of Spilmans Yorkshire Asparagus. We’ve kept it simple: a quick chargrill to get that smoky aroma, served with a generous drizzle of that emerald green homemade pesto.
