Not because we followed a formula — because this kitchen has genuinely evolved. Chefs from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Nepal and Pakistan have all cooked here over the decades, and every one of them left something behind in the way we cook.

That's what South Asia Inspired actually means to us. Not a label, not a rebrand — a reflection of where the food has actually come from.
