Another Polish style cake - a light and fluffy chocolate sponge, with chocolate mousse & Dubai chocolate (pistachio and kanafeh) crunch layer.

Second layer includes a silky and nutty pistachio cream.

Frosted with chocolate butter-nache and pistachio drip 💚
