We are looking for a front of house member to join our team!
Position: Experienced full time front of house senior member of staff
Hours: 40 hours per week with overtime available
Availability: Shifts run from Tuesday - Sunday with the earliest start being 7am and the latest finish being 11pm
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate/salary plus tips.
Requirements:
Candidates must be 21 years of age, or older, with weekend availability.
Good communication skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment and a passion for customer service.
Experience in the industry is essential. Ideal candidates will be batista trained/familiar with coffee machines.
Role:
This position is for a senior member of staff. Roles include: Serving customers to a high standard, using our till system, using our booking system to manage bookings, managing stock inventory, updating menus, websites and till systems. Candidates will be opening/closing the cafe which includes: setting up the bar/cafe for service, ordering stock, maintaining a clean and tidy workplace, cashing up and making sure the building is secure at the end of the shift.
Experience will be reflected in hourly rate/salary.
