The problem with Shetland is that we have such a high employment rate (which is great!!) so that means it is difficult to employ. Infact there is 1.2 jobs per person on our isles…

Our business is rapidly changing, growing and we have full time and part time positions available in the hope we are fully staffed for Christmas - We need more MALLOO!

The Island Larder Kitchen was smelling ultra good today with so much being made! I was working in the shop and kept nipping up to see what the team was making! YUM!

Shout out to our kitchen team who smashed it yesterday! Our team of 2 made 18 batches of Shetland fudge, Shetland ice cream galore, 12 trays of Mallow and also packed Puffin Poo®️ in between batches. Today is all about chopping & packing 💪
