Creating this realistic mandarin cake was such a passion project! 🍊✨
Every single detail was carefully crafted by hand to capture the exact look, texture, and natural feel of a real mandarin. I put so much heart, time, and precise effort into bringing this piece to life, and achieving this final result was an absolute joy for me.
It was a true pleasure to create and donate this special cake, along with a variety of freshly baked slices — including our Carrot Cake with Cream and Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Cream — all in support of a good cause.
Seeing a vision come together through hard work and dedication is what Cozy Crumbs Bakery is all about. Thank you to everyone who supports my craft and appreciates the love that goes into every single creation! ❤️🍰

Ending the week on the sweetest note possible! 🥕✨
Nothing beats the warm, comforting flavours of a homemade carrot cake — packed with mixed spices, cinnamon, a touch of orange zest, and loaded with plenty of rich cream frosting. Top it off with crunchy walnuts, and you have pure bliss in every bite! 🤤🧡
The perfect cozy treat to wrap up a busy week of baking and unwind this Sunday evening. ☕🍰

Triple the celebration, triple the joy! 🍫✨
This rich chocolate ganache traybake was created for a very special milestone — three incredible ladies celebrating their birthdays together!
I was given total creative freedom for this design, and honestly, that means the world to me. Having so many of you trust my vision completely and leave the decoration entirely in my hands is the greatest compliment I could ever receive. It fills my heart with pride and reminds me why I love baking so much! 🥹❤️
Thank you for trusting me with your big moments and allowing me to add a little extra sweetness to your celebrations.

Red valvet again 😋 mmmm yummy....
Just look at this lace beauty! 🤍✨
Making this cake was a bit of a challenge, mainly because of the frosting choice. Working with a light cream on the outside is much trickier to pipe and hold in place for such a detailed vintage design, but here is the final result!
Underneath this delicate lace piping lies a rich Red Velvet, balanced perfectly with fresh, juicy raspberries.
And because who doesn't love getting more than they ordered... I have a sweet surprise for you all month long!
