Also new for 2026 in-depth training programmes available to candidates including NVQ qualifications, alongside the opportunity to specialise in certain business aspects from wine and drinks qualification (WSET etc) to marketing, business training courses to sustainability, foraging and more.

Our restaurant aims to be a leading hospitality business in 'seed to plate' food and drink, whilst dedicating its operation to becoming zero carbon and environmentally conscious, with our extensive gardens, smallholding and grounds.
The right candidates will be customer focused, dynamic thinking, a problem solver with first rate communication skills and passion for great food, drink & customer service. They’ll lead by example and ensure our customers never get ignored and lead the team.
