So proud to be able to announce that I’m now a brand ambassador for Leviathan Pits 🔥💨🍖

One of the UKs leading smoker and pit builders with incredible craftsmanship and quality.

We’re incredibly excited to welcome Ashley Tunley to team Leviathan as a brand ambassador.

Ashley is the head pitmaster behind Big Smoke BBQ and The Beefy BBQ with The Beefy Boys. If you saw the recent OnlyScrans video on Texas style BBQ in Hereford, you’ll understand why this felt like such a natural fit.

He’ll be bringing a whole host of pit knowledge into the Leviathan community through cooks, classes and straight answers for anyone wanting to learn more about the nuances of craft barbecue.

For any questions about his setup, his cooking, or getting on one of his next classes, please give him a follow at Big Smoke BBQ

You can also come and see Ashley cooking with us at Meat Up Festival on the 2nd of August, with lots more events planned throughout the year.

So here’s my FIRST EVER long-form video on YouTube 👀
This took two days to record and another day to edit so please give this a watch if you’re interested in seeing how I turned Aldi products into an EPIC BBQ platter 🔥

BBQ is meant to be about taking cheap cuts of meat and making them taste incredible, and there’s no reason why it has to cost £400+ to put together a full BBQ platter. Please share this and comment on the video as well and if you feel like being a total LEGEND…

Can you please like, comment and Subscribe 😎

Oh and also… The Beeft BBQ is back from the 30th Jan onwards, so get booking!
