Our daily bake - not just a cafe for coffee and cake, we cook to order too.
Today’s pics are of lemon and coconut loaf cakes, 2 small with wholemeal flour and one large, and two large with white flour, all for different customers. And that’s just one type of cake baked fresh today, savouries too!

My puffin hunt was successful! Thank you for all your good wishes xx.
Back in Simply Delicious this morning to bake for tomorrow’s orders, the shop and coffees will be available until 12pm.
Tomorrow we will be opening 9-12pm, and Friday and Saturday, then normal service will resume next week.

Thank you to everyone keeping cardboard roll tubes, this is why we need so many! Each box (recycling polystyrene the broccoli comes in) holds 40-50 tubes. (20 boxes just in the greenhouse, others used as cold frames with glass tops ..) The first batch of yellow cherry tomatoes potted on, looking forward to the salad days!
