🏍️⭐ WELL… YESTERDAY WASN’T EXACTLY QUIET! ⭐🏍️
What a brilliant day we had yesterday!
Around 130 bikes rolled into The Village Swan for Bike Night, along with plenty of villagers, friends, family and spectators… the garden was packed, the drinks were flowing, the bikes were gleaming and the pub was absolutely buzzing. 🏍️🍻
And then, because apparently we don’t have enough excitement in our lives… the Environmental Health Officer turned up. 😂😂
Yep. Right in the middle of Bike Night.
Nothing quite like having 130 motorbikes outside, a packed pub and an EHO inspection happening at the same time to really test whether we need that extra glass of wine at the end of the night! 🍷🤣
But… drum roll please… 🥁

WE GOT A 5-STAR FOOD HYGIENE RATING! 🥳🎉
To say we’re proud is an understatement. That shiny new sticker was on the window before the EHO officer had probably even made it out of the village. 😂
And just when we thought things might calm down… apparently not!
⚽ THE FOOTBALL IS NOW PRETTY MUCH FULL! ⚽
Every table is booked, so if you’re planning on joining us, you might want to dig out a camping chair, deckchair, picnic blanket… or just make friends with someone who already has a seat. 😂🪑
