ROASTASAURUS IS BACK.

We’ve been waiting to get this one back behind the bar.

If you’ve been around BocoffeeCo for a while, you’ll know we love having Roastasaurus on our rotation. We’re always looking for coffees that are a little different, a little weird and give you something you don’t normally get from your everyday cup — and this one definitely does that.

Pimm’s Garden Party — Pink Bourbon

Raspberry, pink grapefruit, strawberry, soft gardenia and lily florals, with stone fruit and a really cool cucumber-melon finish.

It’s bright, juicy and ridiculously easy to drink, but there’s still loads going on in the cup.

We’ve got it back in the shop now, so come down, grab a cup and let us know what you think.

NEW DRINKS HAVE LANDED AT BOCOFFEECO.

We’ve got some new flavours joining the menu, and you can have them your way as a matcha or a latte.

CARROT CAKE
A vegan carrot cake inspired matcha or latte, topped with our cream cheese cold foam. Sweet, spiced, creamy and basically dessert in a cup.

CINNABON
All the cinnamon, brown sugar and sweet bakery goodness you want from a Cinnabon, turned into a matcha or latte and finished with our cream cheese cold foam.

Then we’ve got something a little different…

SWEET PICKLE
For the people who like to keep things interesting. Sweet, sharp and definitely not your average coffee shop special.

Whether you’re a matcha person, a latte person, or just fancy trying something completely different, we’ve got you covered.

HOLIDAY HOURS AT BOCOFFEECO

We’re taking a little break from Thursday 20th–Thursday 27th.

We’ll be open extra around the break, including Wednesday 19th and Friday 28th, so make sure you get your BOCOFFEECO fix in before we disappear.

Monday 17th — 9am–8pm
Tuesday 18th — 9am–8pm
Wednesday 19th — 10am–6pm
Thursday 20th–Thursday 27th — CLOSED
Friday 28th — 9am–8pm

Then it’s back to normal from the 29th.

And when we’re back, there are big things coming. We’re looking at potentially adding another full day of opening, alongside more events, new coffees and plenty more happening at BOCOFFEECO.

A little break, then straight back into it.

SANDBOX COFFEE — ALL THE WAY FROM GERMANY.

Our latest guest roaster has landed at BocoffeeCo, and we’ve got three seriously fruity coffees from Sandbox Coffee Co on the bar.

Big fruit, loads of sweetness and some seriously interesting flavours in every cup.

First throwdown. First step.

Last night Matt entered his first latte art throwdown, hosted by Two Brothers Coffee, and came away with 3rd place.

The nerves were definitely there, but that’s all part of it. Every competition is another chance to learn, improve, and push the standard a little higher.

It won’t be the last. We’ll be entering plenty more, and next time we’ll be aiming even higher.

Big thanks to everyone at Two Brothers Coffee for putting on a great event. Back to pouring, back to practising, and onto the next one.

Our pour overs are brewed to showcase everything that’s unique about each bean, letting the origin, processing and roast profile do the talking.

We’ve always got a few coffees on rotation, so there’s usually something new to discover. Whether you’re after something bright and fruity, rich and syrupy, or something a little more adventurous, just ask what we’re pouring.

And for the true coffee geeks… we’ve even got a secret frozen coffee selection tucked away. Some seriously special coffees that we only bring out if you ask.
