The perfect mix of a creamy milkshake and the fun of bubble tea... the best of both worlds! 😍 With popping pearls and delicious flavours, they're quickly becoming a café favourite.

A huge shout out to **Hope**, who created this fantastic sign for us. We think she's done an amazing job! 💙

This week we took on a Photography Challenge down at Southend Seafront with one simple brief – pick a colour and capture it! 📸🎨

Armed with a mix of cameras and mobile phones, our members set off to see just how many shades and surprises they could find. The result? These fantastic colour collages, each one showing a unique perspective and proving that creativity isn't about the equipment you use, but the way you see the world.

We love how the same challenge produced such different results, with every collage telling its own colourful story.

Scroll through and find your favourite!

Well done everyone!

George and Alicia have officially finished their work experience with us, and we're going to miss having them around! 🎉

They've both worked incredibly hard, thrown themselves into every challenge, and brought so much enthusiasm, laughter and kindness to the café. From busy lunch rushes to trying new ideas (we'll never forget George's Custard Cream milkshake creation!), they've been a brilliant part of the team.

We're so proud of everything they've achieved during their time with us and can't wait to see what they do next. Thank you both for being such an important part of the Phab Life family – we'll be cheering you on every step of the way. 💙

💙 Meet George! 💙

One of our fantastic work experience students, George, has been busy getting creative today and has invented a brand new milkshake... introducing the Custard Cream Milkshake! 🥤🍪

But there's an even more special story behind it. George has decided to call it "The Alfie" in memory of his beloved dog, Alfie, who absolutely loved custard creams. ❤️🐶

We think it's a brilliant way to celebrate a much-loved friend while creating something delicious for everyone to enjoy.

Well done, George – we can't wait for everyone to try The Alfie! 💛

A huge congratulations to Abbie, our Trainee/Volunteer of the Month! 🎉

Abbie is always reliable, hardworking and ready to help wherever she's needed. She takes real pride in everything she does and has become our official date checker and organiser, making sure everything is in the right place and up to date (a very important job! 😊).

Thank you, Abbie, for everything you do. Your dedication, attention to detail and positive attitude make such a difference to the café, and we're so proud to have you as part of the Phabulous Café team. 💙

Well done, Abbie! 👏☕💙
