Everyone knows mozzarella sticks, most of you think it s an italian dish and that's not really far from the reality.

In Campania, Naples's region, where it was invented this dish is called

"MOZZARELLA IN CARROZZA"
Which translated is: mozzarella in the carriage.

Usually is made with fior di latte cheese (a kind of mozzarella, usually used for the pizza) with an Anchovies fillet and a basil leaf, in bread soaked in milk and then deep fried.
It s delicious 😋

So for tomorrow, our Aperi-thursday, we will be happy to prepare for you this nourish meal.
You can choose to have it without the Anchovies if you prefer it, just let us know.

Our best selling product, Pesto, is homemade with fresh Basil, Parmesan and Pecorino Romano cheese, pine nuts and garlic. Like the traditional recipe from Genoa.

It can be made without pine nuts for those who are allergic to nuts or dairy free with vegan cheese instead.

If you have any allergies please let us know and we will be more than happy to make our products suitable for you.
