Arrival and Registration
Please arrive as close to 11:45am as possible. Here you will get an updated delegate list, and check in with Sarah who will introduce you to the people that you would like to meet.

11:45am - 12:30pm
Informal Open Networking
This time is a great opportunity to meet people that are not sat on your table and get yourself a drink. Don't forget that Theresa and Mark are always there to help when introducing you to new people. A perfect time for getting your face known.

12:30pm - 1:45pm
Lunch and Table Networking
Speak to anyone who has attended one of our events before, and they will tell you how great the food is. You will have a tasty, hot 2 course lunch that you have chosen beforehand. Each table will have a 'table host' to facilitate the conversation. You will not be asked to 'stand up and present to the room'. We all know that people buy people, so the theory behind our event is to make contacts and build strong connections - so when people are ready to do business - your face will spring to mind...

1:45pm - 2:00pm
Announcements and the famous 'Members Blatant Plug Spot'
At each lunch, one member will have the opportunity to have a few minutes to present on the stage. It is always pre-arranged so get in touch if you would like to do this. It gives you the chance to present to the room and showcase your business. We only have one per lunch and they are limited to members only
