We are so excited to be providing the Food & Hot Drinks at this years fantastic fire work display at Richard Hill CE Primary School.. it’s an amazing display and we hope to see lots of familiar faces there!

Gates open: 4.30pm
Fireworks: 6pm prompt

There’ll be plenty to enjoy on the night, bring the family, wrap up warm and join us for a brilliant evening!

📅 A little reminder about booking ahead…

We really appreciate everyone who takes the time to book a table with us.

We’ve recently experienced a few problems with our phone, but we’re pleased to say these have now been resolved.

You can book by calling us, sending us a Facebook DM or emailing us.

We’re also having a new online booking system created, which we hope to begin trialling in the next couple of weeks! 🙌🏽

As a small pub with around 50 seats, bookings make an enormous difference. They help us ensure we have enough fresh ingredients, the right number of staff and a table ready for you—giving everyone the best possible experience and helping us avoid disappointing anyone.

Walk-ins will always be welcome where we have availability, but booking ahead is strongly recommended.. and we always reserve the best tables like ones by the fire! 🪵 🔥

📞 A little favour from us… PLEASE BOOK AHEAD! ❤️

We’re currently working our first online booking system, and after a few hiccups with our phone (which are now thankfully sorted! 🙌), we wanted to explain why booking ahead really does make such a difference to us.

The Wheatsheaf is a small independent pub with only around 50 dining seats, so knowing how many of you are coming helps us enormously.

It means we can order the right amount of fresh food, make sure your favourites don’t sell out, and have the right number of staff here to look after you properly.

Of course, we’ll always welcome walk-ins whenever we can ❤️ but if you know you’re coming, even if it’s only earlier that day, please give us a call and book.

It helps us prepare, reduces waste and, most importantly, helps us give YOU the best possible experience when you visit us.
