Just to let you know we have not disappeared we are just taking a mental health break.

For anyone else in the hospitality industry please look at these resources if you feel like it's getting too much...

Both these organisations are great places to seek support.

If you don't work in hospitality then just keep doing what you're doing and supporting your local independents.

During lockdown last year there was a huge surge in support for independent businesses and this needs to continue even though establishments have started opening up.

If you don't use them you'll lose them!

That's enough of my soapbox speech.

Here's a little pic of our Italian themed picnic that we sent out for Father's Day in June.

If you're big Pomelo & Rocket fans then you'll notice we've been away for a weeks. The team have been taking a well needed mental health break. Hospitality is a tough industry and even tougher in these times so it was very much needed but now we are back and raring to go.

We won't be delivering picnics until next weekend (7th & 8th August) but we're sure you are going love what we've got planned for you.

🍽️ We would also like to announce that we are hosting a Secret Supper Club 🤫on the 14th August. The menu will be 4 courses and Italian themed.

The Supper Club will be following all covid guidelines and there are only 30 tickets available.

Just a little announcement to say that Pomelo & Rocket is closed this week due to staff shortages but we will be back next week with another fabulous picnic menu.

We're pleased to announce our picnics are back! Just in time for Father's Day!

Time to make plans outside and take one of our lovely picnics with you.

The price is just £18.50 per person. The pictures shown are for two portions but we can make as many as you like. Delivery times this weekend will be
Saturday 12-2 pm
Sunday 12-2 pm

Delivery charge is according to your area but you can pick up your picnic from Prettiez, 61B Queen's Road (Saturday orders only).

You can choose to either collect from Prettiez on Queens Rd between 4-5pm on Saturday or we can deliver to you on Friday between 5:30-7:30 pm or Saturday 4-6 pm.

This weeks menu is BBQ friendly. The yakitori skewers and summer pancake can be put on BBQ and miso slaw is lovely and refreshing.

It's our last week of dinner club deliveries before we break for picnic season so if you haven't tried out heat and eat dinner clubs then now is your last chance. It's a great way to have tasty Plant-Based food without having to leave your home or have any preperation to do.
