Six years ago today, Adam Purnell Estate Agents was launched!

It's quite hard to believe how quickly those six years have gone. What started with an idea to do estate agency a little differently has grown into a business we're incredibly proud of.

We've helped hundreds of people move home, met some amazing people along the way and received incredible support from the local communities we work in.

**The dish that tells Stacey’s story**

Back in 2010, Stacey was just 22 years old—a hardworking young chef from Hinckley, quietly building her future in the kitchen of a local pub.

She didn’t have a famous name or a restaurant of her own. What she did have was determination, natural talent and the courage to put herself forward for one of the toughest cooking competitions on television.

Stacey went on to reach the semi-final of *MasterChef: The Professionals*, cooking for the legendary Michel Roux Jr and proving every person who had ever doubted her wrong.

But her story was never meant to end when the cameras stopped rolling.

Alongside her husband Adam, Stacey continued working, learning and dreaming. Together, they eventually created Fourwards—a family restaurant built from humble beginnings, shared ambition and a genuine love of making people happy through food.

One very special part of that journey has never left the menu.

Sixteen years later, Stacey’s MasterChef dish remains at the heart of Fourwards. It has been carefully revised and refined over the years, becoming today’s butter-roasted beef fillet with mini cottage pie, thyme carrots, petits pois and rich beef-fat jus.

It is still our biggest-selling dish.

For our guests, it is a beautiful plate of food. For Stacey, it represents something much greater: the young chef she once was, the obstacles she overcame and everything she and Adam have built since.

Some dishes feed you.

Others tell a story.
