We've been busy transforming our space as part of a major refurbishment at Winstanley House and Black Iron, designed to improve the experience for every guest from start to finish.

Our newly relocated bar now creates a warmer, more sociable welcome, serving coffee from local roasters St Martin's Coffee alongside freshly baked cakes and pastries made in-house each day. We've also refreshed our beer selection, including the addition of Guinness on tap.

One of the most exciting additions is our new Dry Age Room. Featuring specialist dry-ageing fridges, it allows our chefs to dry age beef on-site, giving us even greater control over quality, flavour and consistency in every steak we serve.
