I’m starting a small local artisan pizza project in Leicester and this Friday I’m doing a test bake 🙌

I make 12” pizzas with slow, 12-hour fermented dough, using Italian flour and ingredients 🇮🇹
Everything is baked to order only – fresh pizza, no waste.
