With the hot weather forecast this weekend, we’ll be making a small adjustment to our opening hours to help everyone make the most of the cooler part of the day.

🍳 Kitchen service: 8:00am – 2:00pm
☕🍰 Drinks, cakes and treats: available until 4:00pm as usual

We hope opening the kitchen earlier will be helpful for those who enjoy getting out for an early walk, meeting friends for breakfast, or visiting with their dogs before the temperatures rise.

Whether you’re joining us for breakfast, lunch, coffee and cake, we’ll be delighted to welcome you.

Easter is business as usual for us. From Good Friday through Easter Monday, we'll be open from 8.30am to 4pm each day, with the kitchen open from 9am to 3pm.

Just pop in whenever you'd like - no bookings needed, and tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our chefs, led by Joe, put their heart into preparing our menu daily. We're proud to make many items in-house, such as sausage rolls, shakshouka, stews, soups, and pancakes plus much more. Quality is always our top priority.

Our kitchen is open 9am - 3pm everyday and our breakfast menu is served all day.

Experienced Baristas Wanted!

Are you a passionate barista with experience in serving top-quality coffee? We’re looking for skilled individuals to join our friendly teams at The Old Post Office Tearoom located at the entrance to Bradgate Park in Newtown Linford, and at Beacon Hill Kitchen & Deli located in Beacon Hill Country Park located near Woodhouse Eves.

As a member of our team, you’ll be serving delicious locally roasted coffee, tasty breakfasts, brunches, lunches, and a wonderful selection of cakes!

We’re looking for someone who:
•⁠ ⁠Has previous experience as a barista
•⁠ ⁠Can thrive in a busy environment and stay calm under pressure
•⁠ ⁠Works well in a team and loves to provide great customer service
•⁠ ⁠Either full-time or part-time, with flexibility around school runs
•⁠ ⁠Can work weekdays AND weekends (please note, some weekend shifts are required)

•⁠ ⁠Location: Bradgate Park entrance LE6 0HB &/or Beacon Hill Country Park LE12 8TA
•⁠ ⁠Transport: Essential (due to our location)
•⁠ ⁠Hours: Flexible around school runs, but weekend shifts are a must
