THEY SAY A PICTURE TELLS A THOUSAND WORDS… ❤️👨‍🍳

And I think this one says it all.

This was taken at a wedding I had the absolute honour of catering for this year, and to top it off, I even got a mention in the father of the bride’s speech. 🥹

Having known this family for so long and having catered so many special occasions for them over the years, moments like this mean more than people probably realise.

You can see the pride on my face, and honestly, that’s what it’s all about.

It’s never just about putting food on a plate. It’s about being part of people’s biggest moments, creating memories, and being trusted to play a small part in their story.

That’s why we do this. That’s why we love what we do. ❤️

This isn’t just about cooking food and sending plates out.

You’ll be involved in:

🔥 Working alongside me and the kitchen team to create great food
🌱 Helping develop new dishes and specials
📋 Keeping on top of prep, stock and kitchen organisation
🧼 Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
🤝 Working closely with the front-of-house team to give our guests a great experience
💡 Bringing your own ideas, creativity and passion to the kitchen

We’re all about great ingredients, proper cooking and food that people genuinely want to come back for.
