🍂 Well… it looks like autumn has officially taken over the kitchen. 👀

Today we’ve been having a cheeky play with some new dishes for the upcoming menu… and if this first one is anything to go by, you lot are in for a treat. 😏🔥

🥩 Braised Beef Short Rib
🤍 Celeriac purée
🥔 Dauphinoise potatoes
🌱 Tenderstem
🤎 Beef jus
🧅 Crispy onions
🍄 Truffle powder

Rich, slow-cooked, indulgent and basically autumn comfort food showing off.

But here’s the thing…

This is only dish number one. 👀

There’s plenty more coming out of the kitchen over the next few weeks — some old favourites getting a little makeover, some brand-new creations and a few dishes we’re pretty excited to unleash on you. 🔥

We’re going to give you little sneak peeks along the way, so keep your eyes peeled…

Because when that new menu finally drops, you’re going to want to be first through the door. 😉

We had a little chat with Ben Jackson this morning and, yes… we had to dive back into the deer fiasco of last week! 🦌😂

☀️ WELL… SUMMER, YOU ABSOLUTE SHOW-OFF. 🔥😂

You’ve been red hot, you’ve done your thing and, to be fair, we’ve bloody loved it.

But now it’s time to swap the sun cream for gravy, the BBQ for pies and the flip-flops for something slightly more sensible. 😂🍂

🥘 PAELLA ALERT! 🥘

Well… this is a bit of a beauty, isn’t it? 😍

Our paella pan is loaded and ready to cause some serious food envy.

🍤 King prawns
🦪 Mussels
🌶️ Chorizo
🍗 Chicken
🔥 Fire-roasted peppers
🥘 And plenty of that gorgeous saffrony, crispy-edged rice!

Basically, if you’re not hungry now, have a word with yourself. 😂

It smells ridiculous. It looks ridiculous.

And yes… it tastes even better. 🤤
