You might remember in May I spoke about the passing of one of our runners.

Michelle Wren ran with us for a number of years and in 2023 she achieved a life long goal to run the London Marathon. She ran 26.38mi that day, and raised a huge amount of money for Mind.

To honour her memory and to raise a few more ££ for the charity, tomorrow we will be running the same distance, on the now named Happiness is Runday loop around Syston.

The Runday Marathon for Mind in memory of Michelle Wren!
7 loops, 26.38mi and a group of fabulous people remembering a truly wonderful lady.

If you see us running around the streets of Syston tomorrow in our bright yellow tops, please give us a beep and a wave!

If you're around between 9am and 1:30pm, please feel free to pop to our event HQ on Goodes Lane where we'll have snacks & drinks available for a donation to Mind.

Support Mind, this September, in memory of a wonderful lady, runner and friend. September, because it's Michelle's birthday month and also Su***de Awareness Month.
