Smithy's is getting a deep clean in and out and mass baking is in progress!!
If you would like to pre-order cream teas then that is much welcomed to speed serving times and also to ensure you get what you'd like as there is only me tomorrow and limited cake on board!
Individual items can be purchased on the day with cash and card both accepted.
There will also be photo opportunities with the Queen herself! 👑...Er ...and that's not me by the way! 😉😆

Afternoon teas and cream teas are available now to pre-order now to celebrate the queen's 70th jubilee! 👑🇬🇧
Available for collection from King George's Playing field from 2pm on Saturday 4th June.
£35 for 2 and £18 individually boxed.

☆ P A R K U P D A T E ☆

I have spoke to Queniborough Parish Council this morning and they have informed me that the swings are in motion for electricity on the park and are currently considering an alternative temporary location for me! 😃
I don't know anymore than that and I do appreciate all the lovely messages I have recieved whilst I haven't been away from the park. 💕
I can't wait to see you all again! ....but until then my work must continue and therefore I'll be pitching at Melton Mowbray Market on Saturdays. You can find me on the Nottingham Street between 10am and 4pm.
I hope you are all well.
Enjoy this sunshine and whilst it's out, I may just be spending a little more time on the park with the boys after school myself so i may see you there! 😃

C I N N A M O N B U N T E S T R U N ! !

Who loves C I N N A M O N B U N ? ?

Quieter Sundays mean I can concentrate on baking other bits i don't normally get to try!
And today has been a HUGE success as even Mark likes these....and he hates cinnamon!!! 🤣
These will definitely be added to my menu on Smithy's once up and running again!

P A R K U P D A T E:
The electricty supply has been agreed by Queniborough Parish Council and is just a matter of time until I am back up and running with the much loved coffee and fresh bakes!
I'm missing you all tons and I promise it won't be long until we meet again ☕️🧁

Evening guys!
Just thought I would update you as i have I have a lot of message and questions in person asking about my return to the park.
To reassure you....I WILL BE BACK!
I miss you all massively and i am actively working with Queniborough Parish Council to gain our own electricity on the park!
As this may take a little time, I am seeking alternative options this week, one being a silent generator I am yet to see.
If any local residents have any concerns regarding this, please, please get in touch with myself. As much as I would like to pursue with the trailer on Queniborough Park, I do not want to upset the peacefulness of the park and surrounding areas.
I hope you are all well and please trust me in that I'm doing all I can to get things back up and running.
