After a full day of baking in our little kitchen (because you guys almost sold us out AGAIN this weekend) we did what any normal person would do…and made a milkshake 😂 it got us thinking about different milkshake flavours and we may or may not be adding a few different options to our current selection 👀

Injury update: John is doing ok, thank you to everyone who has asked! I think it’s killing him more to not bake than anything else but don’t worry!! Brownies will be back this week.

Just LOOK at that cross section! Back open tomorrow 8-4 with plenty of our new Milano bagels packed with Edam cheese, Milano salami, fresh rocket and sun dried tomato ❤️(don’t worry we still have NYC deli haha)

Hi everyone! We’ve had so many of you new guys follow us on here so we just wanted to open the conversation about various dietary requirements!

We’ve had lotssssssss of messages from you lovely people asking about anything dairy free, gluten free, vegan and anything alternative so we would love to chat about it! While we can’t answer every single message (we try haha), we can see your comments easier and reply as much as we can. So if you have a query or suggestion, we’d love to see it all in one place on this post!

At the moment, we offer these alternative milks:
🌾 Oat (vegan)
🫘 Soya (vegan and GF)
🌰 Hazelnut flavoured Oat (vegan and GF)

Our hot chocolate is also VEGAN!! Which would go fab with any of these milks!

VEGAN:
We have the Avo, Cress and Cream Cheese bagel as a savoury, and a few house-made bakes such as dark choc chip shortbread dependant on availability. We would LOVE to hear any ideas of what you want to see in our bagels. We have some of our own ideas, but we need your help!

GLUTEN FREE:
We do NOT make anything on site that is gluten free (unfortunately) we wish we could! We make efforts to store, serve and display anything gluten free as efficiently as possible, which is why we buy our gluten free cakes to ensure that they are fully gluten free. Our space is so limited in our preparation area that it wouldn’t be safe to make gluten free options like we do everything else. We want everyone to enjoy our little shop, so we often have 2/3 sweet gluten free options such as:

🥕Carrot & Walnut cake
🥮Sticky Toffee Pudding
🍫Double Choc Brownie

If you have any special requirements, please ask to see our alergen matrix and ask us about our products! We are open to any suggestions, so don’t hold back! Tell us what you’d love to see, what you would choose, and what amazing alternative items you e had in the past. We want everyone to feel welcome and enjoy our space ❤️
