Hello everyone!
Who has missed our cakes?

This Sunday at Harewood Village Hall from 10-4, we will have a cake stall.

There's also lots of other lovely stalls selling jewellery, handbags, gifts, cheese etc.

It would be lovely to have the support of some of our favourite faces.

Teapots, mugs, cups & saucers, China tea sets, cake stands, Mason jars, crepe machine, coffee grinder etc. We are there from 9am Saturday(tomorrow) morning.
Anything we are giving away for free will be outside on the decking area!

It is with the greatest sadness that we need to inform you that Roundhay Perk is now closed permanently.

Due to energy costs rising, food costs rising, oil prices rising, stress, health issues, lack of any quality time with friends and family, and then all the other stuff that is just too upsetting to mention. This hasn't been easy for either of us.

Some of you will choose to gossip, lie and stir the pot but I'd like to think most of you will be extremely sad for us and know just how hard we worked to try and make the place a success, including our loyal, amazing, friendly, helpful and hard working staff.

We would like to thank you for your custom and support over the last 21 months. We have met some lovely people which is what's been the most enjoyable part of it all.

Could I please ask that all bookings via DM/Instagram are made within our opening hours? The diary is left at the cafe when we close, so there has been the odd occasion, more so when my baby didn't let me sleep more than 2 or 3 hours at a time, that I would forget to do this booking when I got to work.
It just saves any confusion and disappointment if we could be messaged any day (except Tuesday) between 9am and 4pm.

We are short staffed today so please be patient especially if you're coming in at pur peak times.
If you would like food in 5 minutes, please ask for a copy of the bus timetable to Wetherspoons. 🤣

On a serious note, all our food is cooked from fresh and in order of the check coming into the kitchen. So even if you've ordered something that you assume is quick to make, it may be the tenth check we have on.
