Two friends travelled to Cuba together in search of the best authentic Cuban recipes.

Once found, they returned home and decided to open Viva Cuba and share their amazing acquired Cuban recipes with the people of Leeds! Viva Cuba is a full-service restaurant offering a variety of authentic Cuban tapas dishes. Various types of dishes include pork, chicken, lamb, chorizo, pork ribs, beef meatballs, prawns, mussels, squid rings and halloumi. Other tasty items include delicious Appetiz

ers (Green Manzanilla and Purple Kalamata Olives, Fried Banana Plantain, Pickled White Anchovy Fillets are just a few of them), Our Hand Cut Award Winning Black Foot Jamon Iberico Bellota (served with bread and olives), Patatas Bravas (oh so delicious), Aromatic Cuban Bean Stew with Aubergines, Peppers, Onion, Mixed Beans, Coriander and Tomato (amazingly sweet-tasting) and fresh Salads. If you’re a cocktail lover, leave it up to our skilled cocktail connoisseurs to make any cocktail you desire from the drinks menu. They are also happy to make up any off-menu cocktail if you’re looking to make your night even more interesting. Our full bar area has 2 Spanish beers on draught (Alhambra and Palax), bottled beers, wine, spirits to accompany your meals. We also offer a variety of non-alcoholic cocktails and other drinks that aim to please everyone.
