Some dream of greatness; others of fame, fortune and adoration. Captain Thornton's dream was rather different - to offer the finest fish and chips known to man (and indeed women). Since his earliest days as lowly deckhand in his local chippy, the Captain's fascination with fillets and fryers, sausages and scraps was plain to see. As the young deckhand grew, fate took him far from his humble roots

but he never forgot his passion. Now he's back, master and commander of his own fish and chip shop, overseeing everything to make sure each detail is suitably shipshape. Only freshly mixed batter made to the Captain's recipe; the finest, flakiest fish and select British spuds make the grade.
