OCTOPUS SALAD!

New to the menu this week we have an octopus salad with smoked pancetta, saffron potatoes, caper & lemon dressing. Tender and absolutely delicious!

NEW MENU ITEM!

Luganica/Luganega sausage with sautéed Romano peppers.

A pork and fennel sausage originating from Basilicata in the south of Italy. This is the region of Italy where Mick and Rosario’s mum, Nonna Maria, emigrated from in the 50’s and the inspiration for many dishes on our menu.

BRITISH ASPARAGUS!!

The weather is finally turning and with it comes the seasonal veg that we’re so lucky to have in the UK.

On the menu for the next few weeks we have British asparagus, guanciale, Parmiggiano Reggiano & lemon butter sauce.
