🥖 Cook's Assistant
• Helping prepare fresh ingredients with care.
• Supporting our cook during busy weekend rushes.

🧼 Kitchen Hygiene
• Keeping our cozy kitchen safe, sanitised, and sparkling.
• Tending to the washing up and keeping workstations tidy.

☕ Front of House
• Welcoming our lovely guests and taking orders.
• Serving up homemade dishes to our local community.

Hi all, this lovely bunch are doing a 20 mile walk to support the YAA. They come and visit us every year and it’s a sad story but one of victory in the end. If you are able please support this worthwhile cause. Thank you

Unfortunately due to financial constraints and the cost of our continued fight with Leeds City Council to keep the cafe open, discounts at the cafe are having to be withdrawn for the foreseeable future. Given the increased costs mostly due to LCC’s latest enforcement action we considered the suspension of discounts was the fairest way of covering the costs without having to increase prices for all customers. We do apologise to all our loyal customers who maybe affected by this decision but hope you understand and continue to visit us.

Good morning! Doing our best to keep the kitchen going in these temperatures but it is taking its toll on the team. I’ve therefore decided to add on egg mayonnaise and a mild curried chicken breast for cold sandwiches( available with extra salad) which of course as ever are homemade in house. We will serve bacon and sausage for as long as we can bear it! Working in a hot box with all the fridges and coffee machine is pretty tough so we appreciate your understanding until the weather becomes better behaved!
