We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Chef to join our successful and expanding team on a full-time basis, with an immediate start available.
Main Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operation.
* Ensure high standards of food hygiene and health & safety compliance.
* Manage kitchen staff, training, and day-to-day operations.
* Prepare staff rotas and schedules.
* Manage stock control and place orders.
* Oversee food preparation and maintain quality and consistency.
* Lead the kitchen team to deliver exceptional standards in every service.

* Proven experience in a similar chef or kitchen management role.
* A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
