Our Baked Alaska.

One of our most talked-about classics… but how do we make it?

We start with a cake base made using gluten-free Amato Products flour, then top it with homemade ice cream. We hand-pipe meringue around it before torching it, creating that perfect finish.

We've had Sander's on the menu since March, so it's about time we give them a shoutout.

The Sander Sparkling Riesling is a refreshing sparkling w**e, perfect for an aperitif. It's off-dry, with hints of apple and a burst of citrus. The best sparkling you could ask for.

The Sander Riesling is a dry w**e with notes of tropical fruit and balanced, limey acidity. A real crowd-pleaser.
