The season is finally changing and so is our menu.

This is your last chance to sample our venison haunch, served with Tokyo turnip, pickled blackberries, and port jus, before it leaves the menu for good.

And to mark the beginning of spring, we’re serving up a chalk stream trout with three cornered leeks, and wild garlic and pea puree.

Our beloved Baked Alaska recently had a shoutout from on so we thought it was only right to show everyone why...

We create our cake base with gluten free flour, with our ice cream (churned in-house of course) mountain on top, before hand-piping meringue around the tower and torching the finished mixture to give that gooey Alaska taste.
