Hey Everyone! We're down at Sunnybank Mills this weekend providing Everyone with refreshments that our lovely clients and staff have made and been working on all week!

We've come down with Courtyard Creativities featuring all our lovely artwork all our clients have been making for the last 2 months in preparation for this! Our Theme was recycled, so majority of our projects were made out of recycled materials including our stuffed Capybara!

Some of our felting was featured in our Creative Support Calendar which is great to show off to the public!

For anyone that doesn't know us already.

Creative Support have two fantastic services in Horsforth Leeds.

Crestivities a sessional activity centre where we focus on our catering skills and arts & craft which we do many!

The Courtyard Cafe a community Cafe and social enterprise where our clients become part of the local community and help deliver quality service to all our locals and regular customers as well as those just passing through!
We pride ourselves on sources the majority of our food locally from using the local bakery for our bread, the local butchers for our meat and even our local stationary shop for... well stationary!

We also home bake all our cakes and sweet treats and all our bakery items like Joan's famous Quiche! Our Bacon & cheese turnovers, sausage rolls, pasties, Scones, ginger biscuits and much much more!

So I'm always a bit slow to post but better late than never!

We've been dog friendly for just over a month now! We've had a great turn out and want to welcome all well behaved doggies!

Please remember that we are disability friendly and dogs need to be well behaved or they may be asked to leave.

We have 2 water bowls available, 1 for outside and 1 inside for anyone that needs a bit of water while out especially as the weather slowly starts to turn warm again!

We're getting ready for Valentine's day as Love is in the air!

We're also combining this with Chinese New Years, Year of the Snake!

All our Cafe assistants have been working hard to put a lovely window display on for everyone! 😁

Hello Everyone!

I'm excited as some of you have already noticed that we've been making some improvements to our little Café over the last few weeks.

We had our brand new coffee machine last year which was truly needed!

We've got brand new plates, mugs, glasses and cutlery.

And our newest edition which you'll all see from tomorrow is we've replaced our chairs! 😀

We plan to continue with more refurbishments and improvements shortly so stay tuned!

I'd also like to thank everyone for their continued support of our little community cafe and that without all your support we wouldn't be able to do what we do. ❤️

Good afternoon everyone,

Following on from a post we recently made.

We would like anyone that could use our space to hold any social gatherings to please feel free to do so.
We're happy to discuss this in detail if needed but we would love to see groups attending again.

We have space available to use free of charge provided we're supplying food/drinks.

We can also offer sandwich platters and again happy to discuss this in more detail with anyone interested.

We consider our Café to be a safe space and welcome everyone to visit.

We are fully accessible for those with mobility limitations, wheel chair friendly as well as push chair friendly for parents.

All our staff are trained Support Workers who are happy to help where needed.

Hi everyone, we've had a few messages asking if we still have a knit and natter group. Some from the previous group reached out and were invited back but we haven't seen the group for a while but I'd like to offer anyone that would like to set up local regular knit and natter sessions or regular meet ups for parents to feel free. Everyone is more than welcome and the only limiting factor would be seats if we're busy. We hope to see you all and our clients love getting involved with everyone that visits our Café ❤️🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Hello everyone!

We have some amazing news that is months long overdue!

After being without our coffee machine for the last few months we've finally got our new one in!

Doesn't it look amazing and I will say the coffee tastes even better!

Thank you for everyone that have continued to support us without a machine and we hope that others return that may have gone elsewhere while we've been without. 😁
