Quite literally all kinds of baking in our kitchen today 😊🥵
A couple of our cakes this week will be
Pear and chocolate torte (gf), Apple and almond (vegan) and banana & cinnamon streusel, ask for a cheeky bit of ice cream, we may just agree for this one! 😋
Given the extreme heat this week we have done a more summery menu so the oven gets a break, it is quite simply too sweltering!
We have some delicious options including our famous mezze bowl, tandoori chicken flatbreads, veggie pakora wraps, lots of other lovely salads and sandwiches and have even stocked up on the ice cream, why not?! 👍
In hot weather times like these we need the trade more than ever and so will be operating as far as we can as normally unless it becomes unsafe for our cafe team, just be mindful that however hot it is outside the kitchen is hotter and so please be kind to the team who will be doing their best
The cafe is a relatively cool part of the building and we do have parasols for our outside seating area but please be safe, keep hydrated, wear a hat and dont forget your sunscreen!
