2020 had its own ups and downs. We all experienced a tough year. Some of us has lost our loved ones, our jobs and somehow our hopes. 2020 gave us a lesson, how vulnerable we are as humans but strong when we are beside eachother. Lets start 2021 with positive attitude. Take care of yourself and the others, only then, nothing can defeat us.

We were a member of JUST EAT for a short time. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. We had to try harder to be able to get a little bit of profit after paying that huge wealthy company's 20% commission. Some of our customers from JUST EAT still call us but they don't order when they see we are not in JUST EAT anymore. Nevermind, in this crucial time, when small businesses are struggling to survive, we continue, because we still have our own star customers who were a part of EL FARO years before JUST EAT.
We are extremely proud to have a star rating of 4.8 out of 5 on our website reviews. You know what? we haven't earned this credit from JUST EAT or whatever, we take a lot of care to choose the finest ingredients and high-quality products to make our pizzas and dishes. We care about the quality rather than the quantity. Our customer's satisfaction is our priority.
We cannot compete with the offers JUST EAT, UBER EATS, Deliveroo or these huge multi-millionaire companies offer. The percentage they charge is the profit we would have made as a small business.
