Could there be a more perfect combination than ham, cheese and tomato?
And for us the beauty of this winning combo is how we can level it up by taking inspiration from Italy.
Ham, make it parma.
Cheese, soft fresh mozzarella.
Tomato, sunblushed please.
For the bread, what else but our delicious home-made foccacia?
And bring it all together with our legendary house salsa verde and you have one heck of a sandwich.

Available to eat-in from 11.30. Or grab one to takeaway and your lunchtime picnic will transport you from the burbs of Horsforth to the hills of Tuscany!

For coffee adventurers, this is one to hit you like a 24 degree ray of sunshine in caffeine form.

Yes it's nitro! ☀️

First, we cold-brewed some coffee from one of our fav local speciality coffee roasters .coffeeroasters for 24 hours.
Then we serve it from our nitrogen flask so it gets a gorgeous cold creamy head and the coffee flavours are sweeter.
Served over ice. No milk, no sugar, just delicious cold brew coffee.

Mother Nature is teasing us with that beautiful warmth of summer and we love it!
So much so that we've worked up a fruity iced tea recipe and it is a super sunny delight in a glass.
By infusing our usual superfruit tea from overnight and adding a tiny bit of home-made sugar syrup we have made an iced tea that gives you all the berry vibes you could hope for as you hope for the weather to be a positive and.vibrant!

Our approach has always been fresh food and nothing says that better than our house salads.
Bowl filled to the brim with all the classic salad bits, plus some of our home-made croutons, slaw and spiced sweet potato.
Then you can push the boat (bowl?!) out by adding roast beef, roast ham or roast chicken. Or prefer meat-free? We've got brie, goats cheese or avo as well.

Every weekend our barista gets to choose one of the different beans we stock in the deli and grind them for our filter coffee.
This month we have been working our way through some of the delicious offerings from .coffee who are the UK's the only 100 percent non-profit specialty coffee roasters and this weekend we're enjoying their Comfort Blend.

If you get to the weekend and want something more mellow than the caffeine power hit of espresso then filter is a superb way to do it. If you like it, you can even buy a box to take home.

Easter weekend is fast approaching and this year we've decided to close completely on the Easter Sunday so that all the Pooky's team can spend a little time with their loved ones, and also large quantities of chocolate.

Good Friday - open an hour later than usual at 9am
Saturday 4th April - open as usual
Easter Sunday - CLOSED
Easter Monday - open as usual

And then roll on the Easter holidays!
