It's that time of year again 😃

Thank you everybody for all the messages of condolence, it's been pretty overwhelming ♥️

Dads (Allans) funeral will take place at Rawdon crematorium on Wednesday December 10th at 2.30pm.
We'll then be heading up to The White Swan.

Obviously anyone who knew Dad & wishes to attend is very welcome to join us.

I'll post again closer to the date to remind everyone that we'll be closed that day.

A quick thank you to everyone for their understanding yesterday.

Our Dad (Allan Jackson) passed away overnight I'm sad to say.

He bought The Little Fisherman way back in 1989 having previously worked a long time at Bryan's fish & chip shop in Headingley & for a spell at Drake's in Knaresborough.
(Way back before my time he'd worked at Hepworth & Grandage(?) & Wilson's Silver Cross).

Before moving into the The Little Fisherman he'd lived on South View Terrace for 20 odd years.

Often seen in one of many watering holes in Yeadon - New Inn & Liberal club particularly.

Anyhow, we'll obviously be closing for the funeral at some point & I'll keep you posted as to when nearer the date.
