Roll up! Roll up! It's our rolled Provencal Lamb Shoulder Roulade. Slow cooked until beautifully tender, rolled with a herby provencal breadcrumb and served with asparagus, bunch carrots and buttery Jersey Royal potatoes. Finished with a rich, silky lamb jus and topped with fresh watercress. Pair this with a glass of our Syrah-Merlot for a perfectly french experience.

This outdoor bred pork belly is an absolute winner! The richness of the pork and creamy dauphinoise is complimented by the sweet, tangy gooseberry compote. Served with a silky pork jus and braised spring cabbage. Be sure to try this one before we switch over to our Autumn Menu!

Introducing our Duck Breast with Cherry Sauce... The duck is slow cooked and finished in the pan to crispen up that skin. Served with bunch carrots, creamy dauphinoise potatoes and finished with a cherry sauce made from chicken stock, wine and poached Amarena cherries.
