Here at Rainbow Junktion we love creating delicious menus from scratch, made from food that would have otherwise gone to landfill. We love our community and sharing this food with them!
Through events, special occasions and our general daily running, we are able to create hundreds of meals on a payf basis for anyone who would like to come and join us.
The food we share together, creates opportunities for us to learn more about one another and build better, closer and less divided community.
Between April 2025 and the end of March 2026, we served up almost 25000 plates of food in our cafe alone. We held several events including our summer ball and Christmas by candlelight as well as collaborative events such as the Bengali Bistro.
If you would like to support the work we do here, please consider taking a look at our Friends of Rainbow Junktion monthly giving scheme. You can find the link for this in our linktree or come in and have a chat with one of us. We also have a one off donation option on our website.
If you would like to come and try some of delicious food then come and join us on a Monday or Thursday between 11.30 and 3pm, with food served from 12pm, all pay as you feel. Every meal purchased, saves food from landfill and puts money back into Rainbow Junktion to help keep us running.
If you would like to donate food directly, we can accept any in date, unopened food and our Wishlist is a pinned post on our Instagram page.
We also accept donations of clean matching Tupperware and carrier bags.
If you aren’t able to do any of the above but would like to help, then simply sharing this post is enough :)
We are eternally grateful for our amazing Leeds community and support, and know that together we can keep creating great food, reducing unnecessary landfill and putting it all back into the community.
