Vegan pop-up restaurant in West Yorkshire celebrating all things plant based, zero waste.

Due to unforeseen personal reasons we regret that we will no longer be doing P.S it’s vegan.

We would like to thank everyone who has come out to our events and supported us over the last few months, and to the venues that have hosted us.

It has been a great experience that we will always remember.

Last events prep waste is next events kombucha.

Using the cut offs from the blood orange we reduced it into a syrup that will be used in the second fermentation process for the kombucha flavouring.

Everyone’s favourite rhubarb will be available, we also have a rose hip and lychee flavour for you to try!

Much love to everyone that came to the first of our valentines events last night, hosted at the fantastic .

We had an amazing evening, leaving us very excited for round 2 on Saturday! We still have 2 tickets left, so follow the link on the home page to get them before anyone else does.

Snack on arrival: Linseed crackers with hummus, olive oil and rose petals

Desert: Blood orange polenta cake with chocolate Ganesh, blood orange segments and chocolate shards

The valentine's day menu is finalised and ready for our sold out valentine's Day night at on Tuesday 14th.

Another new menu and venue and we're switching up the drinks offering too which we will be announcing soon!

Chestnut mushroom and brandy parfait / fermented plum jelly

This is the second course we will be serving for our upcoming valentine's Day pop-up at .

We will serve it with a little brioche bread so you can spread the parfait on there and keep a bit back to mop up the rest of the bowl when you're done.

There are only 2 spots left for Saturday 18th so make sure to book now before they go!

We're coming back!

Due to popular demand we'll be back at again for another night of our plant-based zero-waste valentine's Day event on Saturday 18th February.

Tickets are available from our website now and they're selling fast so make sure to get yours early to avoid disappointment!

We wanted to say thank you to everyone that came to our veganuary event last night, it was so nice to see some new faces and some familiar ones too!
