Cash/Bank Transfer will be my preferred payment type as I don't currently have the ability to take card payments. My Menu is always evolving, new desserts and cakes being added and taken off accordingly from time to time, but some desserts etc might just be posted on Facebook without being added to my Menu. If there is something that you would like swap out for a cake etc. for example, no Alcohol
in a cake, this can be replaced with Orange juice instead, or if you would like a different flavour Brownie for example, please make an enquiry. Christmas Cakes & Jamaican Rum Cakes, are Seasonal, however, these can still be made for you, these have a 1 month lead time to allow for the cakes to be fed with Alcohol. Desserts such as Banoffee Pie & Cheesecakes, are available to order with a 2–3-day lead time. I prefer these to be collected in person, but local deliveries may be available, please send an enquiry for this. Bread is available next day or in some cases, the same day. All my Bread is hand made. These are standard loaves baked in a 3LB Loaf tin. As well as White Bread, there is the option of Brown or Wholemeal too. Sourdough is available next day but only if this is ordered prior to 10am (it's a long process)
