π Be Bright, Be Seen π
Darker evenings and low sun can make it more difficult for drivers to see pedestrians, especially children.
Help keep your child safe by: β
Wearing bright clothing during the day β
Using reflective clothing or accessories after dark β
Crossing at well-lit areas and pedestrian crossings where possible β
Putting away devices and removing headphones before crossing the road β
Reminding older children travelling independently to stay alert
Lets stay safe while walking home from school this autumn!
