It's back...

After a few months off the menu we are super excited to get this back on the menu. We reluctantly has to remove it as the quality of cabbage was just not good enough but now we are fully back in season.

We've also mixed if up a bit using out black garlic aioli! 🌱🌱🌱

Kitchen Assistant 30 Hours Per Week Contracted NMW

Amazing opportunity to gain some invaluable life work balance with this 30 hour per week role as a kitchen assistant with Freddie’s Kitchen, working Monday to Friday with no weekends and all school holidays off work.

The Role

We are seeking a kitchen assistant to join our team at our new site in Leeds city centre. Working as a kitchen assistant for Freddie’s Kitchen you will be tasked with prepping all meals to be consumed on site as well as some till work when required. This operation runs Monday to Friday and a typical day will start at 9am and finish at 3pm. As well as great working conditions this contract is 39 weeks out of 52 per annum.

As A Candidate

As a candidate some cooking experience would be advantageous as this role will require a lot of initiative day to day to ensure all meals are delivered efficiently and on time, however full training will be given. Having a passion for fresh food is a must. Our kitchen is fully vegan and as such training will be offered if you have never worked with vegan products before. We look for candidates who can join our team long term and want to reward them for doing so.

We have an ethos to make as much of our produce as possible in house to ensure everything we use is of the highest quality. We want to promote a new way to work in kitchens that doesn’t require you to do 50+ hour weeks. We have lots of opportunity for growth within the business as we look to take our next steps to really grow as a brand.

Firstly we would like to just thank everyone that has supported us so far, we really do appreciate each and every like, comment, order or simply kind words.

Now, after lots of planning contrary to the Wingin' It name we are ready to launch our latest concept, and rather then muddle that within the Freddie Kitchen tapas menu we give you

is going to offer you some amazing vegan junk food. From our signature black garlic BBQ sauce, house made hot sauces, wings, burgers, dirty fries, cheesecakes and so much more! Please give it a follow and we look forward to bringing you some exciting new food by the end of next week.
